    Fourslide

    FOURSLIDE DIES ARE GREAT FOR MAKING HOOKS AND WIREFORMS

    H&N has a large fourslide department that can make parts of varying shapes and sizes. These machines are complex, but are a great alternative to the punch press for making parts made from strip and wire. We supply many powder coating companies with hooks made exclusively on fourslide machines.

    Punch Press

    VARIOUS PUNCH PRESSES AVAILABLE FOR RUNNING PRODUCTION PARTS

    At H&N we build dies to run in punch presses. We can also provide production runs for tooling that is already made. We have several different sizes of punch press to meet our customers’ needs.

    CNC Milling and Machining

    H&N MFG OFFERS CNC DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING SERVICES

    We use our vertical machining centers in the making of our tooling, prototype work and for short and long run production.

    Wire EDM

    H&N CAN PROVIDE WIRE EDM SERVICES FOR YOUR MACHING NEEDS

    Wire EDM machines are an efficent way to machine tooling with precise cuts for punches.
