H&N is dedicated to quality control in our products as well as our processes in everyday actions such as customer service and keeping an organized facility. We take continuous improvement seriously and work toward becoming even better every day.

H&N has the quality instruments necessary to perform first article and in-process inspection. We have measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, granite plates, optical comparators, and a Keyence Vision System. All of these tools are certified by calibration technicians on a regular basis.

A special thing about our Keyence Vision System is its efficiency. We can check parts with speed and accuracy by creating a program and with the click of a button we get a dimension report.

We use standards and control processes such as PPAP and ISO 9100 to organize and report data in order to identify and single out any problems if and when they should appear. This not only helps H&N operate efficiently, but it also means we can pass the net positives on to our customers.
